Intention: AMRAP 35 – Working in pairs. ‘I Go, You Go’ on the exercise (split 50/50 however the athletes like), then run together before moving to the next exercise. Keep moving through the stations for 35 mins.

Prep: 1 min bike, ski & row. Jumping, single leg and thruster prep.
