PARTNER WORKOUT

Intention: full body fun workout with partner

**I GO You Go – partner stations, split the reps evenly, any way you like in an I Go You Go manner. Do the run together, nasal breath on the run for zone 2 training. Slow runners can do shuttle runs X10 or 10 cals on bike. Set the room up in stations, EG 1. squat station, 2. Push up station, 3. MB slam station, 4. Ring row station, 5. Dead ball clean station. 6. lunges station up to 2 x pairs per station.

Prep: squat mobility, caterpillars, lat activation, glute activation. rower/ski/bike 1 min, ankle and calf prep for running, high knees, butt kicks, grapevine. etc for running.
