TUESDAY 11th NOVEMBER – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

MENTAL TOUGHNESS – UNILATERAL

Intention: unilateral strength focusing on the lunge pattern, short interval conditioning and movement quality.

Prep: hips, knees and core for unilateral work – world’s greatest stretch, lateral lunges, plank shoulder taps, good mornings with dowel on shoulders.

A1) DB Reverse Lunge 3×8-10 reps @3110
A2) Single Leg RDL OR B Stance RDL holding x1 DB in opp hand 3×8-10 reps e.s. @3110

B) EMOM x20 minutes (alternate between running and strength rounds)
ODD MINS – 100m run rest for remaining time
EVEN MINS:
– DB Thrusters x10
– Alt Jumping Lunges OR Reverse Lunges x10
– AMRAP Push Ups until 45 seconds mark
