MENTAL TOUGHNESS – UB PULL
Intention: Power and hip drive focus with DB hang cleans. Mental toughness for the B series. 2 x 8 minutes – 60seconds on each exercise with no rest! 2 minute rest and then repeat.
Prep: T spine, scapular & hip mobility (shoulder cars, worlds greatest, hip 90/90). Hip power – Deadball shoulder overs. Back, glute and core activation (banded rows, banded glute work, deadbugs or McGill sit ups). Burpee and hip power drills.

A2) Tall kneeling banded lat pulls x 10-12
B) 2 x EMOM 8
1. 60s – reverse burpee or burpee
2. 60s – any cardio
3. 60s – body weight squats
4. 60s – any cardio
