A1) BB Bench Press 5, 5, 3, 3, 2, 2 at 31X1 rest 2 -3 min.
A2) Easy Resistance band OH press x 10
Beginners
A1) DB bench or floor press 4 x 10-12 at 2020
A2) 1/2 kneeling SA DB OH press 3 x 8-10ea
B) AMRAP 16 mins – Use x1 KB throughout
– KB Swings x10
– KB Bicep Curls x10
– KB Clean Pulls to front squat x10
– KB Around the Worlds x10 e.s.
