Prep: Hang. shoulder CARs, Lat activation, deadbugs, Glute activation, scap pull ups.

A1) Chin ups – max reps
practice good technique, use enough bands to help
A2) Reverse ab crunch x 10

B) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
DB Floor Press
DB Front Squat
DB Deadlift

Pick a Floor Press Weight you can do 10 Reps UNBROKEN.
Use the same weight for all three movements.

TIME CAP: 15 MINS

C) Roxanne by sting
hold plank until they say Roxanne,
change to half squat hold, until they say Roxanne
change to quadruped hold. It gets fast!
