Prep: quad, calf and glute release, calf raises, glute and adductor activate especially for lunges and running, caterpillars, world greatest.

Teams of 3
3 rounds at each station – 35 min

1. 1 min sandbag walking lunges
2. 1 min farmers carry
3. 1 min shuttle run

1. 1 min burpee plate jump
2. 1 min deadball shoulder over
3. 1 min ski

3 min rest

1. 1 min wall balls
2. 1 min hand release push up (can go on knees)
3. 1 min rower
