Prep: quad calf and glute release, calf raises, glute and adductor activate A skips, grape vine, hops.

In partners- I go you go! 40min AMRAP

– Ski 500m (timer for all stations) OR 750m teams 3
– Run 200m
– Sled Push and pull (1 length ea of both)
– Run 200m
– Sandbag Lunges (10 ea)
– Run 200m
– Farmer Carry (10m ea)
– Run 200m
– Rower (100m ea)
– Run 200m
– Wall balls (5ea)
– Run 200m
– Burpee Plate jumps (5ea)
– Run 200m

**if you have more than 2 people wanting to use bikes instead of running, then they can do 5 cal sprints each alternating.
