Intention: Full Body conditioning in teams of 3 for maximum fun
Prep: shoulder big 3, hang, SL glute activate, monster walks, rower technique, Ski technique, bike technique, teach how to lock in the shoulders with the lats for the carry, sit ups, ski, row, bike, sled push and pull and devils press.

**3 min rest between, teams of 3, 2 teams per station only, the cardio machine is always the timer for the other athletes on their team.
1. AMRAP 8 (set up outside)
– Rower 250m – timer
– Box step overs 24″
– Medball sit up

– Ski erg 250m – timer
– Deadball cleans 20kg
– Farmer carry 17.5kg

– Assault bike 8 cals – timer
