Prep: Hang, quad release, forearm release, worlds greatest, shoulder CARs, SL glute activation, adductor activation, caterpillars, calf raises, 2 foot hops.

1. Broad Jump
2. DB Front squats
3. DB push press
4. DB Lunges
5. Devils press
6. Star jumps
7. Plate GTOH
8. Skater jumps
9. Plate Sit ups
10. Plate russian twist (L+R=1)
11. HR knee push ups
12. Shuttle runs

**You need to listen to the song to understand this workout, So please play it for the ladies while they warm up. You start with
1 x Broad Jump, then
2 x DB front squats + 1 x broad jump, then
3 x DB push press + 2 x DB front squats + 1 x broad jump, then
4 x lunges + 3 x DB push press + 2 x DB front squats + 1 x broad jump etc
Each round you do the next exercise on the list for the reps shown as well as the exercises preceding it in order eg 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
