Studio  Health & Safety

Keeping our studio and our community healthy and safe is our number one priority and we take this responsibility very seriously at Strong Women Can so we ask that all members follow our guidelines whilst using the space.

What we ask of all our members...

  1. Please wash your hands on entering and leaving the studio (or use the provided hand sanitiser)
  2. Please bring your own clean towel to each session for use on benches, floors and shared surfaces.
  3. Please ensure you book group sessions on Mindbody and register with the trainer when you arrive so they can log attendance.
  4. Please wipe down any equipment you’ve used at the end of each set or session with the cleaning products provided.
  5. Please bring your own water bottle to each session.
  6. If possible, please don’t bring personal belongings into the studio. If you need to, leave them in the designated shelving areas and don’t touch them during the session.

IMPORTANT: If you are feeling unwell or have cold/flu/viral symptoms, we ask that you please stay away from the studio and return when you are symptom-free.
